5th Grade Parents and Students should refer here to answer basic questions.
Instruments:
- All parents must have communicated with the Directors about how their student is going to obtain an instrument by the second friday of school.
- You may buy an instrument, rent an instrument or borrow an instrument.
- Herter Music Center from Bay City would be a great choice to buy or rent from.
- If buying from other places, please make sure you purchase a name brand instrument. Your child deserves the chance to be successfull and there are good instruments and bad. Call your directors with question about what brands you should be looking for.
Supplies
- Reeds – Clarinets should use Mitchel Luri 2.5 for 5th and 6th grade. As students advance they will move to #3, 3.5 and 4 reeds.
- Alto Sax should use Medium reeds
- Tenor Sax and Bass

I am trying to find a home for a High School exchange student from France. His name is Maxime Knopp and he has played the Saxophone for 10 years. Time is runnig short for him to come, because, so far, he does not have a family or school.
