The first type of percussion instrument was anything you hit against that makes sound. Percussion instruments have strong ceremonial, sacred or symbolic associations. They were one of the very first insrtuments discovered in 6000 B.C.
Bells were not described as musical. Bells were used for rituals and magic. Although, now they are used in musicals, symphonies, etc.

A treombone is in the trumpet family. The trombone have been along for a very very long time. As early as 1497 the trombone has been meshioned in the archives. Perio was the highest paid trombonist in Dukes court. TRombone means big trumpet.The oldest existing trombone was nade in 1551.There was a trombone made in 1557 by Jorg Neuschnel that is on display at the Veinna Kunsthistoriesches museum.Early trombones were mad in various sizes.The trombone is in the brass.

The saxophone has been around over 150 years.Antoine-Joseph Sax invented the saxophone. the first time it was played was in 1841.It was actually an instrument in band in 1845.There are 3 differnt saxophones the Alto,Tenor,and the Baritone.A lot of composers wrote music for the Saxophone,but not untill 75 years later.Now days people still love to hear the sweet sounds of the Saxophone.

My insturment, the clarinet has been around for a long time. It was invented in 1960. It is a woodwind insterment. The clarinet was introduced to France and England.By the 1700’s composers began writing songs specifically for clarinets. The clarinet has the largest instument family.

Invented in 1690, the clarinet is a single-reed woodwind instrument with a cylindrical tube. The clarinet came from an earlier intrument called teh chalumeaul, the first true single-reed instrument. The clarinet has been around for a long time.But not in its present form.

Jhon Chistopher Denner was the person who created the clarinet. The clarinet was found in ancient Greece,Persia,and India. The clarinet was made out of animal bones. This instrument became popular in Europe. It was made in multible parts. The clarinet used too have only one key,but more keys were add in the 18th century.

A peron who plays trombone is a TROMBONEIST.
Like all brass instruments, it is a lip-reed aerophone and the sound is reduced air with buzzing.The word Trombone derive from Italian Tromba.
Trombones and trumpets share the important characteristic of having predominantly cylindrical bores.
